A warm welcome awaits you at Rainbow Retirement Community Apartments. Designed to serve persons over age 62, Rainbow Village consists of apartment style buildings and one triplex with a variety of floor plans.

The apartments provide for congregate living while maintaining individual privacy and a high degree of individual freedom. Added services of housekeeping, emergency call assistance, smoke detectors, sprinkler systems, and scheduled transportation enhance and promote independence for retirees. A noon meal may be added for an additional fee, and one residence offers a 1, 2, or 3 daily meal plan.

Apartment sizes vary from efficiency size of 520 square feet to two bedroom/two bath of 1230 square feet. Each apartment is equipped with range, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. Larger apartments are equipped with a dishwasher. Some apartments are equipped with washer and dryer, and other apartments have access to laundry facilities. Some apartments include attached garage, and covered parking is available.
